Challenge
Overlap the constant energy failure and monitor various operations such as silos, tulhas openings, truck input and output sensors and grain elevator drivers.
Solution
Have its own batteries being immune to precarious energy supply situations and being able to operate with autonomy of up to 72h, even using 3G/4G cellular communication.
With the demand for monitoring multiple digital signals in remote locations, our client sought a solution that could unify the data by meeting the various network topologies of its operation. ABOVE Above-Net has solved the problem using the and-AM142 , a modbus rte of 24 digital channels connected to a specific gateway for each customer's network scenario.
As a result, data is sent to Bridgemeter, our industrial IoT solution, where the user can access their custom monitoring dashboard, with analog and digital dials of information, as well as history, graphs and predictive analysis.
Monitoring is done through the Cloud platform, generating real -time alerts about changes in the operating conditions of machines or equipment.
Some prerequisites were fundamental to the operation of the solution, among them:
- Silos monitoring
- Tulha
- Truck input and exit sensors
- Grain elevator triggering.

The products and systems involved in the solution are industrial and prepared for critical operations and large volumes of connections:
- ROBUSTEL R3000-L3P - Dual-SIM cellular router with 1 serial port and 1 ethernet port
- AND-142M -Converter module that has 24 digital inputs and modbus communication
- ANH-I140 -Analog/Digital Module with 4 current analog inputs (0/4 to 20ma)
