Manually monitoring such a critical operation is impossible. Situations such as the sudden increase in the consumption of medicinal gases, equipment breakdowns due to operations outside those recommended by the factory, dynamic resizing of supply systems, and unnecessary or emergency maintenance are just a few examples of scenarios that can pose risks, including:
- Risk to patients’ lives;
- Inefficiency and unnecessary expenses;
- Legal proceedings due to lack of inputs or interrupted medical procedures;
- Lack of operation documentation for inspections, audits and legal defenses;

QI Control enables the integrated monitoring and management of medical gas systems, correlates operational conditions between equipment and, with intelligent alerts, notifies the Clinical Engineering and Maintenance teams.
Furthermore, the configurable supervision diagram makes it easier to visualize the problem, optimizing processes, reducing costs and increasing the safety of patients and healthcare professionals.
The system monitors:
- Cryogenic Tanks : level and pressure for greater control of the operation;
- Reserve Centers : pressure from reserve plants in real time and their eventual use, generating immediate alarms;
- Medical Compressed Air Generation Modules : voltage, current, pressure, temperature, among others, identifying problems in advance;
- Medical Air Mixer : operation anomalies that can compromise supply, allowing strategic maintenance under condition (CBM) through intelligent prediction rules;
- Gas Networks : network pressure, immediately alarming in the event of a drop;
- Vacuum Module : status of the pumps that produce vacuum, minimizing the risk of failure of this system;
- Alarm Panels : PAE (Emergency) and PAO (Operational) with immediate remote notifications;
- Important Documents: The platform stores documents of any type or format with expiration alarms;
- Remote Connection: In case of disconnection, the system notifies the communication status to alert the discontinuity of monitoring;
- Other Equipment : any other equipment such as mechanical ventilators, oxygen concentrators can be monitored. QI QI Control can be integrated into other systems such as ERPs and Command Centers
