The LG5100 uses the RobustOS Pro IoT gateway operating system. RobustOS Pro was developed by Robustel based on Debian 11 (bullseye), a common Linux operating system, which is more convenient for customers to develop edge computing applications according to their needs. It supports programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, Node.js, among others. Furthermore, the latest common applications can be downloaded to fully meet the needs of fragmented IoT applications.
The LG5100 supports Docker for easy application deployment and benefits from 'RobustOS Pro' – enhanced cybersecurity, advanced GUI and a multitude of software features including VPNs, Smart Roaming, SMS remote control and more.
The LG5100 supports LoRaWAN global frequency bands, is compatible with LoRaWAN and private protocols, supports 'Docker' containerization, and has a built-in LoRaWAN network server. It can receive data simultaneously on up to 8 channels and supports Packet Forwarder Version 2.2.1 and Packet Forwarder Protocol Version 1. It has rich interfaces with 2x RS232/RS485 (software configurable), 2x DI (Digital Input) and 2x DO (Digital Output ). It also offers redundant backup with dual SIM cards and built-in 4G wireless communication module. Supports cellular WAN, Ethernet WAN, link backup and ICMP detection. Rugged industrial design allows for a voltage input range of 9 to 60V DC and supports table, wall or rail mounting.
