Model232D is a type of RS-232 system communication extension product. It has automatic transmission rate detection, without external energy required, 2500V electrical insulation, and can be installed in hostile environments. The transmission distance at 9,600bps is 2,000 m, stable performance.
The Model232D has 2500 volts of isolation, twice the classification of most insulators to protect the RS-232 equipment from lightning attacks, accidental high voltage shorts and land loops.
