SWA485

The SW485WA is an RS232 converter to RS485 optor-isolate and 2500V industrial level bidirectional roll with 9-pin shape. It can convert any RS232C Full Duplex door to any RS485 Semi-Duplex Balanced two-wire port. Simply put, it will convert any RS232 signal to a RS485 signal and vice versa. The unit is fed from the RS232 data lines. It also supports the automatic direction of data direction. Therefore, external energy or flow control is not required. Automatically enable the RS485 driver data direction when the data is present on the RS232 side making the plug-and-play device, not requiring software drivers. The SW485WA has a DB9 female connector on the RS232 side and a DB9 men's connector or a 3 -bit terminal block on the RS485 side.
