We're proud to announce another important installation in the sanitation sector! We recently implemented another advanced Smart Industrial IoT monitoring solution for a 2-meter diameter water pipeline, capable of managing a maximum flow rate of up to 4,000 liters per second.
Precise Monitoring
Using a CONAUT magnetic flow meter (blue and gray), we received accurate and reliable measurements. This equipment, essential for effective monitoring, is highlighted in the second image, reinforcing our commitment to accuracy and the fundamental basis of predictive analytics.
Integration and Control
Next to the Robustel router, notable in the second image, is one of the pillars of this installation: the Siemens S71200 PLC. This PLC is the backbone of the automation, enabling integrated and responsive remote management thanks to native Bridgemeter integration.
Advanced Predictive Analytics
Through the Bridgemeter intelligent IIoT platform, we offer predictive analytics that elevate operations and maintenance to a new level. Failure prediction and performance optimization are just the beginning of what this implementation can achieve for our clients.
Leadership and Innovation
This installation is not only another technical advancement, but also a symbol of Above-Net 's leadership in sanitation innovation. Follow our progress and be part of this journey toward a smarter, more sustainable future.
