Agribusiness Monitoring

Innovate in Agribusiness Monitoring with IoT solutions: control, efficiency and productivity for agricultural machinery, equipment and operations.

Above-Net Bridgemeter

Challenge

Overcome constant power outages and monitor various operations such as silos, bin openings, truck entry and exit sensors, and grain elevator actuators.

Solution

Having its own batteries, it is immune to precarious power supply situations and can operate with autonomy of up to 72 hours, even using 3G/4G cellular communication.

With the need to monitor multiple digital signals in remote locations, our client sought a solution that could unify data while meeting the diverse network topologies of its operation. Above-Net solved the problem using the AND-AM142 Modbus RTU converter connected to a gateway specific to each client's network scenario.

This sends the data to Bridgemeter, our industrial IoT solution, where users can access their personalized monitoring dashboard, with analog and digital displays of information, as well as historical data, graphs, and predictive analysis.

Monitoring is done through the cloud platform, generating real-time alerts about changes in the operating conditions of machines or equipment.
